The Woodlands, Texas to host championship in November.
Triathlon One O One has brought together industry leaders in the event production and multisport business industry with the sole purpose of bringing a new brand of world class long distance racing to the multisport world. We are focused on the participant first; taking into consideration the many positive attributes of the current long distance racing scene and adding what we believe encompass many of the missing elements that keep events from being customer and family friendly.

Tri One O One Cutoff Times by Triathlon OneOOne ~
I've been getting many emails from folks wanting to know what the cutoff times will be for each segment and the overall cutoff time for the finish. Each event will start with the men and women pros in two separate waves followed by 45 minutes of waves starts for age groupers. We will start some of our older age groups first to allow for more time on the course, followed by the remaining age groups in age group order. The swim cutoff is 1 hour and 45 minutes after the start of the last swim wave. The bike cutoff is 6 hours after the cutoff of the swim and the run will close 4 hours and 15 minutes after the bike course has closed. This allows for a total of 12 hours to complete the entire event after the start of the last wave of the swim.

As I write this first ever entry into the Triathlon One O One RD blog I look out from my hotel room into the pristine waters off of the Manatee River in Bradenton, Florida - site of the kick off race for the Triathlon One O One 2007 season on May 6.

ClearLake, California by Shannon Kurek ~
I just got back from a trip to Clear Lake, California and the totally charming town of Lakeport, the host community for the June stop for Triathlon One O One. What an outstanding venue located right in downtown Lakeport with easy access to the swim entry
